About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Shape lean, scalable processes for a self-sufficient finance organization and adjacent business partners while ensuring regulatory compliance
- Identify opportunities to leverage AI, machine learning, and automation to reduce manual workflows and accelerate financial reporting and decision-making
- Maintain and update the Joint Venture’s Target Operating Model (TOM)
- Track organizational targets and KPIs to align finance and COO organizations with Joint Venture scaling requirements and efficiency goals
- Lead day-to-day execution of strategic projects for the CFO and COO
- Bridge technical IT requirements and financial business needs to support seamless ramp-up
- Oversee implementation and operation of ICFR/ITGC frameworks
- Support process audits with relevant business partners
- Manage cross-functional TSAs/SLAs with parent and partner companies
- Partner with FP&A to transform raw data into insights and create decision-support frameworks for the Co-CEOs and CFO
Requirements
What you’ll need- 5–8 years of experience in Finance Operations, Business Transformation, or Management Consulting
- Proven track record using AI, RPA, or advanced ERP modules to build solutions and solve traditional finance problems
- Strong understanding of financial IT architecture
- Ability to communicate with developers and accountants about technical and financial needs
- Exceptional ability to track complex organizational targets and manage version control of a shifting Operating Model
- Experience operating ICFR/ITGC processes
- Ability to present innovative ideas clearly to senior leadership and collaborate with cross-functional peers
- Direct experience implementing or optimizing AI tools within a corporate finance setting preferred
- Experience in the EV, Software, or high-tech manufacturing industries preferred
- Experience managing Transition Service Agreements (TSAs) or JV integrations preferred
- Current authorization to work in the United States
