About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Perform a variety of functions including compounding flavors, making solutions, sampling, packaging, and shipping flavors and finished products
Perform precise compounding of flavors
Package and ship Hazmat and non-regulated flavors and finished products
Confirm the integrity of raw materials before use
Perform organoleptic and visual tests of finished flavors
Collaborate with Sales Service, Regulatory, R&D Labs, and production regarding requests and shipments
Perform daily general lab maintenance
Maintain raw material and finished flavor inventory, including data entry, breakdown, and stocking
Perform Laboratory Assistant duties when needed
Follow GMPs, SOPs, safety procedures, PPE requirements, and quality standards

Requirements

What you’ll need

High School Diploma
Microsoft Office applications
Basic math skills
Hazmat Certified
1-year lab experience preferred
Oracle experience preferred
Adherence to Sample Lab GMP’s SOP’s and safety procedures
Appropriate PPE usage
Commitment to Robertet and SQF Quality Standards and continuous improvement of quality management systems
Ability to occasionally lift up to 50 lbs
Mostly standing work
Must work in an inside lab environment with mild noise and mild chemical odors
