About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Plan and execute US events from ideation through follow-up, including trade shows, conferences, and partner activities
- Manage local agencies, booth logistics, and merchandise
- Support the US Sales team with tailored presentations and marketing materials
- Align local priorities with global marketing strategy
- Adapt brand messaging for American audiences and safeguard visual identity consistency
- Connect US operations with the Netherlands office and share local insights across time zones
- Coordinate local creative agencies, event suppliers, and industry associations
- Keep projects on schedule and within budget
- Support broader marketing initiatives where local presence adds value
Requirements
What you’ll need- 3–5 years of B2B marketing experience, ideally within defense, aerospace, or technology
- Proven track record in executing trade shows, field marketing, and sales enablement
- Strong communication, writing, and presentation skills in English
- Keen eye for brand consistency and visual detail
- Collaborative mindset and comfort working with Sales and international teams
- Hands-on, adaptable approach suited for a high-growth environment
- Familiarity with HubSpot, Adobe Creative Suite, or WordPress is a plus
- Willingness to travel up to 50% for events and customer engagements
- Ability to undergo a background check and provide a Certificate of Conduct (VOG) as part of the standard screening process
