About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Act as the architecture lead for defined initiatives within the client's Power Platform landscape
  • Translate business capabilities and non-functional requirements into pragmatic end-to-end solution architectures
  • Design end-to-end architectures covering Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, Power Pages, Azure services and external integrations
  • Define solution boundaries, data models, integration patterns, security concepts and environment strategies
  • Guide decisions between configuration, low-code and custom development, including React, PCF and Azure components where appropriate
  • Ensure alignment with enterprise architecture, identity, data protection, ALM and operational support requirements
  • Lead architecture reviews, document decisions and manage technical risks, dependencies and exceptions
  • Support estimation, backlog refinement and delivery planning with product owners and engineering teams
  • Coach developers and review solution designs, code approaches and deployment concepts
  • Provide technical leadership during critical releases, production stabilization and root-cause analysis
  • Produce end-to-end solution architecture and clearly documented architecture decisions
  • Define data, integration, security, environment and ALM concepts suitable for implementation
  • Deliver architecture review outcomes, risk registers and actionable technical guidance
  • Provide delivery-team coaching, design assurance and production-readiness recommendations

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Mandatory experience 8+ years of solution design or software engineering experience, including substantial enterprise Power Platform architecture experience
  • Proven design of production solutions across multiple applications, environments and integration endpoints
  • Strong knowledge of Dataverse, security roles, identity, data modelling, integration and API patterns
  • Practical experience with managed solutions, environment strategy, source control and Azure DevOps based ALM
  • Ability to define and assess non-functional requirements including security, performance, availability, supportability and compliance
  • Experience facilitating architecture decisions with both technical and business stakeholders
  • Professional English and strong written architecture documentation skills
  • Preferred experience with Microsoft Power Platform or Azure architecture certifications, particularly PL-600
  • Experience with React, PCF controls, Azure Functions, Logic Apps, API Management or event-driven integration
  • Experience with Copilot Studio, AI Builder and governance of AI-enabled business solutions
  • Experience supporting distributed or near shore development organizations
  • Delivery-oriented approach: commits to realistic outcomes and raises blockers early
  • Quality-focused approach: uses reviews, testing, documentation and the four-eyes principle before release
  • Collaborative approach: works visibly in the team backlog and actively transfers knowledge
  • Pragmatic and accountable approach: selects maintainable solutions and communicates progress, risks and dependencies clearly
