About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Create and maintain project plans based on requirements documents for fixed-cost or progressive projects.
Manage scrum teams, ensuring effective cooperation and collaboration among team members.
Coordinate cross-functional teams throughout the project lifecycle.
Follow Agile methodologies by conducting daily and weekly meetings.
Review sprint outcomes and follow up on demos for various stakeholders.
Ensure efficient use of resources and appropriate task division among team leaders.

Promote company and project standards in all deliverables.
Prepare status reports and conduct regular project status meetings.

Requirements

What you’ll need

BS/MS degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration or a related field.
Minimum 6 years of experience, preferably in the Fintech Industry.
Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
Delivery oriented and multi-tasking skills.
Strong communication and reporting skills.
Problem solving and leadership skills.
