About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Ensure the smooth operation and continuous development of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central and Microsoft Dynamics Navision 2017
Manage the application throughout its entire lifecycle, from implementation through replacement
Translate business requirements into IT solutions and coordinate technical implementation
Plan and manage updates, releases, testing, documentation, and training
Identify opportunities for optimization and promote automation and digitalization
Ensure compliance with internal standards and external data protection requirements
Maintain and expand existing ERP interfaces, including interfaces to label software and MES
Implement new interfaces
Collaborate across locations with business departments, key users, IT colleagues, and external partners

Requirements

What you’ll need

Several years of experience managing Microsoft Business Central and Microsoft Dynamics Navision
Good understanding of data models and business processes, such as finance, logistics, and production
Good understanding of interfaces to and from ERP systems
Strong communication and coordination skills
Experience in IT consulting or project management
Fluent German
Very good English skills
Willingness to travel occasionally
