Key responsibilities & impact
  • Own relationships with a portfolio of family law firms as the primary strategic contact for owners and managing partners
  • Lead alignment calls and quarterly business reviews with decision makers
  • Establish agreement on goals, roles, timelines, and quarterly budgets
  • Build and maintain a strategic roadmap for each client, revisiting it quarterly
  • Track performance across the client acquisition path from initial lead through funded agreement
  • Advise beyond marketing on pricing, intake, operations, capacity, and hiring
  • Identify growth opportunities and early churn signals
  • Review and approve every client-facing deliverable
  • Maintain weekly written updates, monthly pacing calls, and quarterly business reviews
  • Partner with project managers and channel specialists
  • Manage the portfolio to prioritize time where it creates the most value

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 5+ years in account leadership, consulting, or professional services, preferably in an agency or advisory environment
  • Significant experience owning senior client relationships and working directly with business owners and executive decision makers
  • Commercial fluency across revenue, pricing, margin, and expansion
  • Ability to build plans connecting agency work to business outcomes, with defined timelines and milestones
  • Strong facilitation skills and judgment to guide clients toward decisions
  • Ability to raise difficult subjects without damaging the relationship
  • Experience recognizing and addressing early signals of client dissatisfaction
  • Business experience outside of marketing, such as client-side, general management, P&L, or ownership experience
  • Curiosity about how professional services firms price, staff, sell, and scale
  • A bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
