About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Design, build, and maintain Tableau dashboards and reports delivering actionable insights
  • Write, optimize, and maintain SQL in Snowflake for reporting and analytical use cases
  • Develop and maintain scalable, reusable data models
  • Identify, investigate, and resolve data quality issues
  • Gather business requirements and translate them into BI solutions
  • Participate in code reviews focused on performance, readability, and maintainability
  • Monitor dashboards and pipelines and proactively resolve issues
  • Document data definitions, report logic, and processes
  • Identify and resolve technical debt within the BI environment
  • Stay current on Tableau and Snowflake capabilities and advocate for best practices
  • Work with data engineers, analytics teams, and business stakeholders to support data-driven decision-making

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 3+ years of experience in Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, or equivalent experience
  • Proven proficiency in SQL, including complex joins, window functions, aggregations, and query optimization
  • Demonstrated experience building and maintaining production-grade dashboards and reports in Tableau
  • Hands-on experience with Snowflake or a comparable cloud data warehouse
  • Familiarity with data modeling concepts such as star schema and dimensional modeling
  • Ability to work independently on deliverables while collaborating effectively across teams
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions
  • Degree (or equivalent experience) in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Analytics, or a related field preferred
  • Experience with version control tools such as Git and familiarity with CI/CD practices preferred
  • Exposure to Python or another scripting language for data manipulation or automation preferred
  • Current business focused AI use preferred
