About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Develop, maintain, and iteratively improve the product vision and roadmap
Evangelize a common understanding of the product vision and roadmap
Collaborate with stakeholders on product strategy, go-to-market strategy, competitive analysis, and revenue analysis
Anticipate user needs through market trends, user research, and product data evaluation
Maintain a healthy feature backlog to support continuous value delivery
Translate business and technical investment decisions into features
Ensure acceptance criteria are met before launch
Define functional and non-functional requirements to enable an intuitive user experience
Define scope of work for features, epics, or programs
Integrate product data, stakeholder ideas, and client feedback into requirements
Conduct trade-off analyses and prioritize technical debt, technical investment work, and client requests
Monitor feature progress, risks, and scope to anticipate and mitigate issues
Support team member onboarding and growth
Define product management best practices and processes with leadership
Mentor peers and elevate product team performance

Requirements

What you’ll need

Minimum 5 years of experience in digital product management or a related field
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, including Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related discipline
Demonstrated experience with digital product management, including leading digital marketing strategies, advanced UX/UI design, and managing complex software development projects
Demonstrated experience leading and mentoring junior product managers
Demonstrated ability to define and drive product strategy and deliver against key performance metrics
Strong experience collaborating with executive leadership and cross-functional teams, including engineers, designers, data analysts, and researchers
Experience with the fintech industry preferred
