Executive Loan Officer
Rocket Mortgage. Assist clients through the loan process from application to closing and resolve client concerns .
About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Assist clients through the loan process from application to closing and resolve client concerns
- Build and maintain relationships with referral sources and professionals to market the Rocket brand
- Consult with clients and analyze financial situations to determine appropriate loan products
- Evaluate credit, employment, income, assets, property, and other documents for financing qualification
- Cultivate mortgage referral-source relationships and market the value of working with Rocket Mortgage
- Advise and educate clients on home-buying and refinancing processes
- Establish, develop, and maintain a book of business to drive referral volume and revenue
- Provide high-quality service to referral sources and clients
- Stay current on product offerings, qualifying parameters, and process changes
- Represent the Rocket brand in civic and community functions to support business development and lead flow
Requirements
What you’ll need- Experience in mortgage loan origination
- State and federal licenses
- Proven track record obtaining referrals and generating lead volume
- Professional communication, time management, results-driven, teamwork, and critical/strategic thinking skills
- Preferred: 3 years of experience in mortgage loan origination
- Desire to work and grow in an entrepreneurial environment
