About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Join a Redfin agent team or work individually as a real estate agent
- Serve Redfin.com customers and clients in the agent’s existing sphere or book of business
- Manage deals and maintain the customer pipeline using Redfin’s proprietary CRM
- Lead clients through the home buying and selling process
- Win web leads and clients, close deals, and generate referral business
- Collaborate with transaction coordinators, listing coordinators, showing agents, and inside sales teams
- Attend showing appointments and manage listing and transaction details
- Represent clients buying and selling high-priced homes through Redfin’s luxury brand when qualified
- Build business through Redfin-generated, agent-generated, and repeat client opportunities
Requirements
What you’ll need- Active and unrestricted real estate license
- Reliable mode of transportation and ability to travel within the market
- Must provide and maintain proof of current auto insurance with minimum limits of 100/300/50 throughout employment
- Minimum of 1 year residential real estate sales experience, ideally with closed transactions
- Related real estate experience may include prior experience with Redfin in a real estate capacity
- In-depth experience leading clients through the home buying and selling process
- Proven track record of winning web leads and clients, closing deals, and earning referral business
- Excellent interpersonal communication and customer service skills
- Ability to embrace technology to build the business and collaborate efficiently
