About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Define the strategy and roadmap for growing the volume, quality, and freshness of Redfin listings
  • Identify new sources of supply, data partnerships, and ingestion improvements
  • Shape how Redfin-exclusive inventory reaches buyers and sellers across search, listing detail pages, alerts, and re-engagement surfaces on web and apps
  • Identify opportunities for AI to improve sourcing, enrichment, and presentation of listings
  • Partner with engineering and data science to ship AI improvements with sound evaluation and quality tradeoffs
  • Prototype with Claude, Claude Code, Cursor, and similar tools, bringing working concepts to engineering
  • Own inventory and engagement metrics
  • Run experiments and use results to guide rollouts
  • Partner with engineering, design, data science, brokerage operations, and Rocket teams
  • Keep leadership aligned on strategy, tradeoffs, results, and next steps

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 5+ years of product management experience delivering consumer web and mobile products at scale
  • Shipped work that moved key metrics
  • Experience with marketplace, supply-side, or inventory-driven products
  • Hands-on AI fluency using tools like Claude, Claude Code, or Cursor to prototype, analyze data, and write specs
  • Ability to demonstrate and explain something built with AI tools
  • Strong data skills, including SQL
  • Comfort with ambiguity and making decisions with incomplete information
  • Record of aligning engineering, design, operations, and business leaders around a shared plan
  • Experience in real estate, listings, or another high-consideration marketplace
  • Experience shipping LLM-powered features to production, including evaluation and quality tradeoffs
  • Experience with listing data, MLS or data partnerships, or content ingestion pipelines
