About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Work on client projects for large enterprises, embedded within their teams
Develop backend solutions for One Identity Manager
Model and implement processes in the One Identity Manager Process Designer
Develop extensions using C# or VB.NET
Perform database programming with SQL Server and T-SQL
Integrate target systems such as SAP
Implement user and role management
Coordinate with business departments, operations, and security teams
Collaborate in German during meetings and documentation

Requirements

What you’ll need

At least three years of experience as a One Identity Manager backend developer
Practical experience with the One Identity Manager Process Designer
Object-oriented programming with .NET (C# or VB.NET)
Database programming experience
German is the project language
German proficiency at least at B2 level
Willingness to use AI tools such as Claude Code, Copilot, and Cursor productively
Nice to have, but not required: SAP user and role management; SAP S/4HANA or Fiori; the OIM SAP Connector or comparable connectors; test design or business analysis in the IAM environment; LLM integration into applications (RAG, tool calling, agents)
