About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead IT and digital transformation projects from initiation to successful delivery
- Define project scope, objectives, plans, budgets, and governance with business stakeholders
- Lead cross-functional teams and coordinate resources, vendors, and implementation partners
- Manage risks, issues, dependencies, changes, and stakeholder communication
- Ensure delivery within agreed scope, timeline, budget, and quality targets
- Prepare project reporting and facilitate steering committee decisions
- Drive strategic digital initiatives across the organization in collaboration with global IT and business stakeholders
Requirements
What you’ll need- 5+ years of IT project management experience delivering digital solutions in complex global environments
- Prince2 Practitioner certification preferred or PMP
- Agile certification is a plus
- Experience in a manufacturing environment and/or SAP projects
- Experience leading SAP core module implementations (SD, MM, PP, LES, FI, or CO) or optional modules (WM, QM, or PM), SAP roll-outs, intralogistics, warehouse processes, or associated ERP hardware such as scanners and label printers is an advantage
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Ability to build strong, long-lasting relationships with key business partners
- Experience working in global and multicultural environments
- Willingness to travel within Europe, North America, and Asia depending on project needs
- Excellent spoken and written English
- CV written in English
