About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Ensure compliance with legal and contractual requirements
- Monitor liquidity flows and transactions
- Review and approve payments, NAV calculations, and annual financial statements
- Ensure the proper safekeeping and segregation of assets
- Communicate with AIFMs, auditors, and regulatory authorities
- Contribute to tax advisory services relating to capital investments and AIFs, and support the structuring of complex fund products
Requirements
What you’ll need- Completed degree in economics, business, or a comparable qualification in finance
- Interest in venture capital/private equity is an advantage
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Excellent German and English language skills
- Independent and structured approach to work
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- High level of accountability and integrity
