About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Overall technical responsibility for SAP S/4HANA projects (on-premises and Public Cloud for Professional Services), from conceptual design through go-live, post-go-live support, and operations
Responsibility for additional applications within the SAP environment
Managing and contributing to the provision of expert advice to business units and management
Preparing concepts, specifications, and decision papers
Implementing concepts and performing configuration (customizing)
Capacity, milestone, and financial controlling
Preparing regular status reports and KPIs
Early risk management and escalation management
Coaching and training on project management methods, processes, and tools
Identifying and evaluating new technologies to develop future-proof IT solutions

Requirements

What you’ll need

Degree in business administration, business informatics, computer science, or a comparable qualification
Several years of experience managing SAP S/4HANA projects in an international environment, including methodologies such as SAP Activate
In-depth knowledge of SAP S/4HANA and SAP Cloud technologies
Good knowledge of Professional Services processes is a plus
Experience with traditional and agile project management methodologies, such as PMI, IPMA, and Scrum, across the entire project lifecycle
Comprehensive knowledge of integration concepts, including integration with non-SAP systems, and data migration
Experience with MS Teams, DevOps, MS Project, or Jira is an advantage
Excellent organizational skills and strong problem-solving abilities
Fluent in German and English
