About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead, plan, and successfully deliver projects focused on SAP solutions and transformation initiatives
Assume overall responsibility for project scope, budget, timeline, and quality—from project initiation and requirements management through testing
Actively contribute to and deliver SAP projects, including implementations, rollouts, migrations, and system optimizations, in close coordination with business departments
Continuously analyze and improve existing SAP processes, project methodologies, and tools
Serve as a central point of contact between internal business departments, IT, and external service providers
Contribute to the further development of project management standards, particularly with regard to SAP-specific requirements

Requirements

What you’ll need

Completed degree in computer science, business informatics, business administration with an IT focus, or a comparable qualification
Extensive SAP knowledge, ideally in one or more modules
Experience implementing and managing IT projects, preferably in an SAP environment or in the field of digital transformation
Project management certifications are desirable
Proficiency in common project management tools and methodologies
Strong understanding of business administration and commercial principles
Strong affinity for technology and enthusiasm for forward-looking AI and digitalization solutions
Very good command of German and English, both written and spoken
