About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Support the execution of audit engagements with clients
  • Perform testing of accounting processes and internal controls in accordance with the defined audit plan
  • Assist in analyzing financial statements and verifying the application of accounting standards
  • Prepare, organize, and document audit working papers
  • Support the identification of accounting, financial, and internal control risks
  • Report any instances of non-compliance to the team
  • Maintain contact with clients to request information, clarify questions, and follow up on requests
  • Work in accordance with the audit methodology, internal policies, and global standards
  • Collaborate with the audit team and pursue ongoing learning and technical development

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Degree in Accounting, either in progress or completed
  • Entry-level experience or interest in external audit; previous experience in accounting, auditing, or related areas will be considered an advantage
  • Basic knowledge of accounting and auditing
  • Familiarity with accounting and auditing standards and the preparation of audit working papers
  • Intermediate English or higher (preferred)
  • Ability to analyze accounting information, identify inconsistencies, and organize supporting evidence
  • Ability to manage multiple demands, meet deadlines, and maintain the quality of deliverables
  • Strong communication skills for interaction with the team and client contact, along with a professional and collaborative attitude
  • Interest in developing a career in auditing, with openness to feedback and continuous technical improvement
  • Availability according to project and client requirements
