About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead buy-side and sell-side M&A transactions in the technology sector (hardware/software)
  • Manage the entire deal process through closing
  • Develop and execute deal strategies with the Partner team
  • Build and maintain investor, private equity, and buyer networks
  • Conduct valuation, financial modeling, and deal structuring
  • Manage due diligence processes
  • Lead and develop Analysts and Associates
  • Collaborate with entrepreneurs and C-level decision-makers

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • University degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or a comparable field
  • Several years of experience in M&A, investment banking, or corporate finance
  • Proven deal experience on the buy side and/or sell side
  • Established network of investors, private equity funds, or strategic buyers
  • Initial team leadership experience in an Analyst/Associate environment
  • Excellent knowledge of financial modeling, valuation, and deal structuring
  • Entrepreneurial mindset, strong sense of ownership, and drive
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and C-level interaction skills
  • Excellent German and English language skills
  • Willingness to complete the 16Personalities test during the application process and submit the results
