About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Assist with the set-up and operation of casting equipment and machinery
  • Support the casting process to ensure smooth and efficient production
  • Assist with routine equipment maintenance
  • Maintain accurate records of production runs, including production rates, material usage, and equipment performance
  • Ensure safety protocols are followed during casting runs and report safety concerns to management
  • Collaborate with team members to identify process improvements and help implement changes
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 1+ years of work experience
  • Willing and able to become certified in fork lift operation
  • Willing and able to work with computers
  • Ability to work Monday-Wednesday and every other Thursday, 6 PM-6 AM
  • Ability to follow safety protocols and report safety concerns
