About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Provide information security direction, leadership and oversight of key information security systems, platforms, and processes
  • Lead cybersecurity program components including Security Architecture, Engineering, Implementation, and Tooling
  • Defend against and mitigate cyber threats and IT compliance risks using IT security measures, controls, and policies
  • Manage technologies that help manage data and asset risk
  • Analyze events using data collected from cyber defense tools to mitigate threats
  • Address security problems across a diverse set of assets
  • Lead and direct cybersecurity technical professionals in operational support of hardware, software, and cloud-based security tools
  • Define and manage the cybersecurity and identity roadmap, including IAM, PAM, and TVM
  • Ensure effective implementation of security-related infrastructure and applications, policies, and standards
  • Assist with annual budget preparation and define immediate and long-term goals, priorities, and operational plans
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Management/Computer Information Systems or related field; equivalent work experience may be considered in lieu of degree
  • 8+ years of progressive IT security experience
  • 3+ years of security management experience
  • Network and Systems Security and Security Operations Management experience
  • Application, SaaS and Software Security experience
  • Experience in a manufacturing environment
