About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Perform data analysis and validation across financial systems
  • Document business processes, data flows, system configurations, and user procedures
  • Identify opportunities for automation, process optimization, and improved system utilization
  • Develop, maintain, and optimize dashboards, data models, and analytics solutions
  • Support and enhance financial reporting, planning, and consolidation processes and systems
  • Participate in month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close support activities
  • Serve as the primary liaison between Finance/Accounting stakeholders and technical teams
  • Translate business requirements into functional specifications
  • Collaborate on data governance, master data quality, and reporting standardization
  • Support training, change management, and adoption of standard Finance/Accounting processes
  • Partner with FP&A, Accounting, and IT teams to deliver scalable and standardized solutions
  • Support data consistency, analytical rigor, and decision support as an early-stage member of the FP&A Center of Excellence

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or related field; equivalent work experience may be considered in lieu of degree
  • 3+ years of experience in Finance, Accounting, or Financial Systems
  • Hands-on experience with SAP SAC-P, including planning models, data actions, and stories
  • Hands-on experience with SAP Group Reporting, including configuration, data collection, translation, elimination, and reporting
  • Hands-on experience with Power BI, including data modeling, DAX, and report development
  • Strong understanding of financial statements, accounting principles, FP&A processes, and financial data structures
  • Experience supporting FP&A Centers of Excellence or shared services models
  • Ability to translate business needs into technical requirements and communicate with technical and non-technical audiences
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills
