About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Deliver software-related solutions
Translate client specifications into technical designs
Work with integration technologies and platforms such as SAP and SnapLogic
Own end-to-end development activities including designing, coding, testing, debugging and deployment
Create solution documentation and perform maintenance
Ensure development deadlines
Assist clients with implementation tasks
Mentor junior developers
Develop ServiceNow, Splunk and SharePoint accelerators for SAP and SnapLogic integration platforms

Requirements

What you’ll need

2–5 years of experience in an IT software development environment using Java
Knowledge of JavaScript, Python and/or C# is advantageous
Good knowledge of object-oriented programming concepts
Experience with an IDE such as Eclipse or IntelliJ
Experience with Maven, JUnit and Log4J
Knowledge of Apache Camel framework is a plus
Experience with JIRA, GitHub and Jenkins
Comfortable with SonarQube and Grype code quality/vulnerability assessment tools
Experience with web services and API technologies including REST, SOAP, OAuth and SSL
Good understanding of CI/CD processes
Ability to learn new tools, technologies, integration products and applications
Technical writing ability
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and on multiple complex projects simultaneously
At least a bachelor’s degree in computer engineering or a related field is desired
Proficient in English
Affinity with integration platforms/software such as Boomi, SAP Cloud Integration or SnapLogic is good to have
