About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Develop and maintain governance, assurance and reporting structures covering industrialisation activities
Support and improve business process deployment across operations and supply chain functions
Ensure ISO and business management system requirements are met and evidenced through audit activities
Coordinate and facilitate the external Delivery Advisory Committee
Plan reviews, manage scope, organise meetings and ensure actions are completed
Report to the Senior Manager – Production Systems
Undertake regular supplier travel and potentially some international travel depending on supplier activity

Requirements

What you’ll need

Exposure to a regulated or safety-critical environment
Experience in governance, assurance or business process leadership
Experience developing reporting and governance frameworks
Exposure to quality management systems and operational management systems
Audit management and compliance experience
Risk management and readiness assessment capability
Strong stakeholder management skills
Applicants must obtain Baseline Personnel Security Standard (BPSS) clearance
Satisfactory completion of a Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check
Satisfactory completion of a basic financial probity check
Nuclear, defence, aerospace or manufacturing sector experience is relevant/transferable
