About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Identify future capability requirements and develop plans to ensure organisational readiness
Translate capability requirements into implemented solutions encompassing people, processes and tools
Assess organisational readiness and maturity levels, identifying gaps and improvement opportunities
Ensure capability solutions are successfully adopted across operational and programme functions
Report to the Senior Manager – Production Systems
Undertake regular supplier travel
Undertake some international travel depending on supplier activity

Requirements

What you’ll need

Exposure to regulated or safety-critical environments
Strategic capability development experience
Organisational readiness and maturity assessment expertise
Strategic workforce planning exposure
Capability modelling experience
Experience delivering organisational growth, transformation or capability improvement programmes
Strong programme and stakeholder management skills
Applicants will be required to obtain Baseline Personnel Security Standard (BPSS) clearance
Satisfactory completion of a Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check
Satisfactory completion of a basic financial probity check
