About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Provide specialist case-management advice to Senior Leaders in HR and the business
  • Support the case team with case management and expert advice
  • Manage Early Conciliation and Tribunal Claims, including representing the company at tribunal hearings
  • Drive timescales, improvement activities, and procedure changes, including rights bill requirements
  • Conduct investigations and support disciplinary hearings
  • Support People Leaders with employee grievances and conflict issues
  • Manage end-to-end processes for tribunal claims and early conciliation
  • Train, support, and guide leaders in all aspects of Case Management
  • Produce trends and analyse data across business areas on employee relations matters
  • Identify lessons learned and implement process improvements
  • Drive compliance and continuous improvement in relevant policies, procedures, and practices
  • Identify legal challenges and resolutions
  • Identify policy and procedure changes based on legal updates
  • Provide insights and action plans to address trends and areas for improvement
  • Support programmes to upskill people leaders

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Degree qualified in a Business or HR Discipline or equivalent experience
  • Extensive experience managing tribunal claims, discipline, grievance, and conflict issues through the process
  • Case Management experience
  • Articulate and numerate, with ability to manipulate and present data
  • Comfortable using Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
  • Good working knowledge of HR processes and relevant IT systems; Workday advantageous
  • Well-developed customer and relationship management skills
  • Ability to influence people leaders effectively in a business environment
  • Problem-solving approach to process improvement
