About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Help resolve on-wing and deployed maintenance, repair and overhaul (MR&O) challenges in the field
Proactively identify customer field support requirements and establish routes to success so aircraft can continue operation
Collaborate with the wider Deployed Services function to ensure RA4800 MAA and HSE regulatory compliance during deployments
Help maintain customer satisfaction by proactively driving issues to resolution
Maintain in-service customer relationships across military and contractor organisations
Work as a Field Service Representative independently or as part of a multidisciplinary team at deployed customer locations
Deploy initially to RAF Coningsby or Qatar for an initial two-year period, with possible extension

Requirements

What you’ll need

Extensive knowledge of Aerospace safe maintenance regulations
A customer first, responsive and flexible attitude with a desire to travel
Experience of aircraft propulsion (Gas turbine) field maintenance, repair and overhaul (MR&O)
An RAF or Defence industry aircraft maintenance background with previous signatories or authorisations is highly desirable
Ability and desire to work in deployed locations in the UK or overseas
Must hold Security Check clearance, or be eligible for Rolls-Royce-supported application
Must be a UK national or, in MoD-approved cases, a dual national
Mon-Fri, 37 hours, days
