About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead a coliving community in Los Angeles, California
- Curate the community through intentional recruitment of residents
- Foster a positive and growth-oriented environment
- Plan and curate events and activities for the community
- Develop and maintain marketing campaigns to ensure 100% building occupancy
- Coordinate inquiry calls, tours, and application processes for prospective residents
- Enhance the community through individual and group conversations, mediations, and conflict resolution
- Coordinate with the maintenance crew on matters relating to the physical building
- Conduct move-in and move-out inspections
- Develop and manage social media and marketing campaigns as needed
Requirements
What you’ll need- Event Planning Experience preferred
- Must have another remote job because the rent discount is small
- Real Estate/Property Management Experience is not needed
