About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Own the budget and continuously analyze performance based on KPIs such as ROAS, CPC, CTR, conversion rate, and cancellation data
- Plan, implement, and optimize affiliate campaigns to increase visibility and conversions internationally
- Research, communicate with, and onboard publishers
- Work closely with marketing managers across all Experiences, Retail, Content, Design, and Partner Management teams to coordinate campaign content
- Conduct market and competitor analyses and derive strategic recommendations for action
- Develop initiatives and drive the strategic growth of the affiliate channel
- Expand the network and optimize processes
Requirements
What you’ll need- Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a comparable qualification
- At least 2 years of professional experience in Affiliate or Performance Marketing
- Confident use of established affiliate network platforms
- Analytical mindset, data-driven decision-making, and a basic technical understanding
- Independent, structured working style with a strong focus on results
- Enthusiasm for cycling experiences, whether on a road bike, gravel bike, mountain bike, or in the city
