Build scalable frameworks powering Rose Rocket’s next-generation logistics platform
Create and ship customer-facing features that solve customers’ problems
Design, build, and deliver high-impact functionality from platform foundations to product features
Work alongside experienced engineers in a mentorship-driven environment
Deliver key features from concept to delivery
Collaborate with product-focused, cross-functional teams
Experiment with and integrate agentic coding tools into day-to-day software development
Contribute to Rose Rocket’s AI-native engineering practices

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in Computer or Software Engineering, or a related field
Curiosity and openness to learn new domains beyond coding
Driven to deliver customer value / outcome
Experience building with AI coding agents such as Claude Code, Cursor, or equivalent agentic coding tools
Ability to show a project where an AI agent wrote most of the code and explain planning, output checking, and changes made
Experience with agile project management tools such as JIRA, Asana, Linear, or equivalent
Proficiency with Git and solid understanding of version control best practices
