About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Work autonomously on product solution design
- Lead end-to-end design projects, from problem discovery through solution validation
- Plan and conduct qualitative and quantitative research
- Analyze usage data and product metrics to inform design decisions
- Create user flows, wireframes, and mid- to high-fidelity prototypes in Figma
- Partner with the Product Manager, aligning user needs, business goals, and technology
- Collaborate with developers during solution implementation
- Contribute to the evolution of the design system and design standards
- Prioritize the highest-impact problems for users and the business
- Translate research and data into clear, actionable decisions
- Advocate for design solutions using well-supported arguments
- Balance experience quality, deadlines, and technical constraints
Requirements
What you’ll need- Strong command of UX/UI and user-centered design
- Hands-on experience with Figma for prototyping and documentation
- Ability to conduct qualitative and quantitative research
- Knowledge of product and usability metrics (KPIs)
- Experience creating user flows, journeys, and UX artifacts
- Experience working in agile environments and collaborating with Product Managers and developers
- Availability to work on-site in Joinville
- University degree or technical qualification
