Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Experience in process improvement, business process analysis, or workflow optimization
  • Hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Automate and the Microsoft Power Platform
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to engage and communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels
  • Experience documenting processes and creating clear procedures
  • Good organizational and project management skills
  • Strong Microsoft 365 knowledge
  • Experience with AI tools such as Microsoft Copilot, AI Builder, Power Platform AI capabilities, or other generative AI solutions
  • Knowledge of Power Apps and Power BI
  • Familiarity with Lean, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement methodologies
  • Experience within a manufacturing, engineering, or international business environment
