About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Partner with Finance and Procurement stakeholders to translate functional requirements into system configurations, workflows, and controls
Implement, configure, and administer NetSuite and Coupa
Monitor system performance and drive continuous improvement
Manage financial system data for accuracy, auditability, and reporting alignment
Partner with the Senior Financial Systems Manager on system change requests
Balance business needs with system integrity and risk
Oversee sandbox refreshes, release testing, and change management
Maintain documentation for configurations, integrations, controls, and standard operating procedures
Administer system access, roles, and permissions according to governance, security, and segregation-of-duties standards
Serve as technical escalation point for finance system issues
Coordinate issue resolution with internal resources and external vendors

Requirements

What you’ll need

5+ years of hands-on experience implementing, configuring, and administering NetSuite in a cross-functional environment
Strong working knowledge of NetSuite modules including Advanced Financials, Multi-Book Accounting, and OneWorld
Proficiency with NetSuite native configuration tools including workflows, saved searches, roles, custom fields, and reporting
Experience managing financial system data, including data integrity, auditability, and lifecycle considerations
Demonstrated ability to manage change requests and releases in a controlled, documented manner
Strong documentation and communication skills
Preferred: experience administering financial close, account reconciliation, fixed asset, and lease accounting solutions
Preferred: experience supporting procurement or AP platforms and related integrations
Preferred: familiarity with SuiteScript, SuiteFlow, or similar automation tooling
Preferred: experience in environments subject to external audits such as SOC or ISO 27001
Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
NetSuite Administrator certification is a plus but not required
Ability to travel up to 10% for company gatherings or project sites
