About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Develop and implement scalable systems to track compliance with contractual obligations, including leases, construction contracts, utility contracts, project financing documents and credit agreements, and other project delivery agreements
- Lead and support efforts to transition from manual tracking to more automated and centralized compliance systems
- Maintain compliance calendars, covenant trackers, and supporting documentation
- Escalate potential risks, missed deadlines, and compliance concerns promptly and clearly
- Serve as a central point of contact for contract compliance questions and help stakeholders understand their responsibilities under agreements
- Collaborate with Finance, Business Development, Engineering, Construction, Operations, and other cross-functional teams to ensure contractual adherence
- Identify and mitigate compliance risks through proactive monitoring and reporting
- Collect and analyze data to anticipate risks and improve compliance programs
- Support and advance Rowan Digital Infrastructure’s contract compliance function throughout the contract lifecycle
Requirements
What you’ll need- BA degree or equivalent
- 3+ years of contract compliance or comparable experience, preferably within an in-house legal department
- Proven experience in contract compliance management, including implementing or managing contract compliance programs, preferably in the data center, construction, energy, real estate, or finance industries
- Familiarity with project-based environments and legal documentation
- Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to work independently and effectively across departments while managing multiple deadlines
- Technologically savvy, with proficiency in tools such as Excel, Smartsheet, and contract lifecycle management platforms
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability and desire to work in a fast-paced and changing environment
- Ability to travel up to 10% for project site visits and company gatherings
- Must respond to U.S. employment visa sponsorship question in application
