About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Support the Client Orchestration team across client and cross-agency work
  • Use tools and data to support media planning decisions
  • Support recurring deliverables and ad hoc projects
  • Maintain plan activity
  • Prepare client-facing presentations
  • Collaborate across teams and communicate professionally with external vendors
  • Assist with campaign plan creation and QA across billing and tracking platforms for Digital Direct, Print, OOH, National and Local TV
  • Maintain monthly budgets, flowcharts, status documents, timelines and plans
  • Pull research, reporting, campaign pacing and performance metrics
  • Validate data and support campaign effectiveness
  • Review competitive data and insight analysis
  • Assist with strategic recommendations, campaign optimization and performance troubleshooting under Supervisor guidance
  • Reconcile fee invoices and ensure accurate billing
  • Evaluate publisher proposals against campaign objectives and performance goals
  • Coordinate publisher and external vendor meetings
  • Complete assigned ad hoc requests and projects

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Teams)
  • Organized, detail-oriented and efficient; able to prioritize work to meet deadlines and balance two brand needs simultaneously
  • Quick learner, able to connect the dots and see the big picture
  • Personable, positive, respectful attitude; team player and highly collaborative
  • Proactive, inquisitive, takes initiative to problem solve and support the team
  • Foundational mathematical skills (calculating percentages, indices, etc.)
  • Solid verbal and written communication skills
  • The role is non-exempt
  • Relevant internships, prior agency experience, and/or academic courses related to marketing/media are a plus, not required
