About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Shape the people analytics roadmap and promote data-driven decision making
- Translate business challenges into actionable analytics programmes
- Deliver high-impact people analytics projects and insights
- Drive adoption and business value from Visier and SuccessFactors Story Reporting
- Build and enhance dashboards, reports and data visualisations
- Support workforce planning and predictive analytics initiatives
- Partner with stakeholders across People, Finance and Technology
- Help develop data literacy and self-service analytics capabilities across the organisation
Requirements
What you’ll need- Strong experience in People Analytics, HR Analytics or Workforce Analytics
- Expertise working with large and complex HR datasets
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Experience with SAP SuccessFactors data and reporting
- Experience using analytics and visualisation platforms such as Visier, SuccessFactors Story Reports, Power BI or similar
- Passion for turning data into compelling stories and practical recommendations for leaders
