About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Work on large-scale projects in architectural and general planning across Germany during Design Phases 2–5
- Develop and implement sustainable, cost-effective, and innovative architectural concepts
- Create BIM models as well as drawings, schedules, calculations, and specifications—from initial concept through detailed, construction-ready solutions
- Coordinate and integrate planning partners and external specialist engineers
- Support the management and monitoring of project costs, schedules, and quality
- Support construction management at the interface between tendering and execution
- Support project management in organizing and delivering projects
Requirements
What you’ll need- Degree in Architecture or comparable qualification
- At least 5 years of professional experience in the responsibilities described above is preferred
- Proficiency in German building law and relevant standards and regulations
- Strong knowledge of building construction and a keen eye for architectural quality
- Strong knowledge of coordinating specialist engineers and planning partners
- Experience and knowledge of BIM methodology, ideally using Revit
- Advanced proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams; additional experience with MS Project is preferred
- Ability to independently organize planning and project processes and structures
- Excellent German language skills
- Strong team spirit, combined with an independent, committed, and responsible approach to work
