About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Develop and implement a company-wide AI roadmap
- Design scalable AI solutions and system architectures
- Select, evaluate, and integrate suitable AI platforms and technologies
- Define standards for data, governance, security, and compliance
- Develop AI-powered solutions based on modern LLMs such as Microsoft Copilot, Azure AI, and OpenAI
- Build RAG systems to provide access to corporate knowledge
- Integrate AI into Microsoft 365, Teams, SharePoint, Outlook, and other business applications
- Develop AI solutions at the interface with Revit, iTWO, Abacus, and other software solutions
- Develop automations and agents to support project teams and office operations
- Build and further develop data architectures for AI applications
- Develop ETL and data pipelines
- Design vector databases and knowledge platforms
- Ensure data quality and data privacy
- Advise planners, tendering specialists, and construction supervisors on opportunities for using AI
- Conduct workshops and training sessions
- Develop best practices for the productive use of AI
- Support the company’s digital transformation
Requirements
What you’ll need- Experience in artificial intelligence, data engineering, or software development
- Expertise in modern AI technologies, data architectures, and integrating intelligent solutions into business processes
- Analytical and self-directed approach to work
- Ability to communicate technical topics clearly and understandably
- Willingness to learn about the planning and implementation processes of major construction projects
- Curiosity about how AI can optimize processes in architecture and engineering design
