About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

  • Assist in reviewing working papers prepared by assistants and trainees
  • Document process narratives and validate any identified deficiencies
  • Track client hours as work is performed
  • Document the overall understanding of the entity, materiality, and audit strategy
  • Conduct initial meetings with recurring clients to align on the engagement
  • Customize and adapt audit programs to meet each client’s needs
  • Document planning and risk assessment for PPA engagements
  • Fully document audit planning for mid-sized clients
  • Support the review of inventory count results and validate the supporting documentation
  • Clarify basic questions regarding audit methodology
  • Support the review of working papers prepared by assistants and trainees
  • Review timesheets and monitor hours at the client site
  • Evaluate and provide feedback to the next-level team members

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree completed or in progress in Economics, Business Administration, Actuarial Science, or Accounting
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office preferred
  • Intermediate English proficiency preferred
  • Willingness and availability to travel
