About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Demonstrate the capabilities of D365 Business Central through interpersonal and presentation skills
Participate in and lead client workshops to uncover requirements
Lead teams of internal functional consultants through full life-cycle implementations
Perform project management tasks and manage full life-cycle implementations
Collaborate with teams with diverse backgrounds and experience levels
Manage and document business and system processes using Microsoft cloud-based tools, including Lifecycle Services and Azure DevOps
Train key users on core job functions
Link functional and technical requirements to deliver end-to-end solutions
Stay current with Microsoft’s One Version and new features
Work with client and RSM project team members to define requirements, perform fit-gap analysis, document business processes, and train client subject matter experts

Requirements

What you’ll need

5 years of manufacturing implementation experience using Microsoft’s D365 Business Central and/or previous versions of Dynamics NAV
5 years of ERP implementation experience using defined project management methodologies
Minimum of two Microsoft D365 Business Central/NAV certifications (preferred)
Complex Delivery Experience (preferred)
Demonstrated ability to take initiative and contribute to teams to improve methodology (preferred)
Prior experience in manufacturing, food and beverage, retail, or life science industries (preferred)
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, or Engineering (preferred)
Client-facing experience with extensive D365 Business Central and project implementations
Desire to learn, grow, and exceed internal and client expectations
