About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Execute solution delivery engagements
Discern, define, refine, and document client requirements
Build reports, dashboards, and scorecards using various tools
Provide ongoing support to existing clients
Build demonstration scenarios and prototypes
Collaborate effectively with consultants in other regions and practices
Provide operational support to RSM clients and engagement teams
Work directly with clients in a client-facing role

Requirements

What you’ll need

Working towards B.A. or B.S. degree or equivalent from an accredited university
Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Computer Science, Data Science/Analytics, Management Information Systems
Ability to travel to the United States for work or training during tenure
Developing proficiency with Microsoft SQL Server Database Engine, SQL Server Reporting Services, and SQL Server Integration Services
Ability to work with data visualization tools and dashboards
Strong Excel fundamentals
Experience using T-SQL scripts, including stored procedures, views, and functions
Experience with data modeling/manipulation, including normalized and de-normalized data models
Experience developing basic web/desktop applications using ASP.NET framework
Effective written and verbal communication
Ability to interact effectively with internal and external resources at all organizational levels
Excellent project management, organization, and follow-up skills
Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
Ability to work in virtual teams and independently
Travel to assigned client locations is required
Access to and ability to arrange reliable transportation to client locations
Ability to travel up to 25%
Minimum 3.0 GPA preferred
