About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Execute solution delivery engagements
Discern, define, refine, and document client requirements
Build reports, dashboards, and scorecards using a variety of tools
Provide ongoing support to existing clients
Build demonstration scenarios and prototypes
Collaborate effectively with consultants in other regions and practices
Provide operational support to RSM clients and engagement teams
Travel to assigned client locations as required

Requirements

What you’ll need

Working towards B.A. or B.S. degree or equivalent from an accredited university
Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Computer Science, Data Science/Analytics, Management Information Systems
90 credit hours completed
Developing proficiency with Microsoft SQL Server Database Engine, SQL Server Reporting Services, and SQL Server Integration Services
Ability to work with data visualization tools and dashboards
Strong Excel fundamentals
Experience using T-SQL scripts, including stored procedures, views, and functions
Experience with normalized and de-normalized data models
Experience developing basic web/desktop applications using ASP.NET framework
Ability to communicate effectively in writing and verbally
Ability to interact effectively with internal and external resources
Excellent project management, organization, and follow-up skills
Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
Must be a team player able to work in virtual teams and independently
Must have access to and be able to arrange reliable transportation to assigned client locations
Ability to travel up to 25%
Minimum 3.0 GPA preferred
