About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead complex integration and separation engagements across multiple transactions
  • Provide strategic guidance to clients on post-transaction planning, execution, and risk management

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or a related field
  • 9+ years of experience
  • Proven experience leading complex client engagements
  • Experience serving private equity or large corporate clients (preferred)
  • Consulting or advisory leadership experience (preferred)
  • Travel as required by client engagements
  • High flexibility based on client needs
  • RSM does not intend to hire entry level candidates who will require sponsorship now OR in the future
