About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Provide skilled and efficient support to select RSM leaders
  • Schedule calls, meetings, and calendar appointments
  • Coordinate flights, cars, hotels, meals, and other travel arrangements
  • Submit expense reports
  • Manage meeting invitations, logistics, attendee tracking, and notes
  • Handle confidential correspondence
  • Participate in assigned projects and events, including researching, organizing, and executing details
  • Proofread and assemble correspondence, PowerPoint slides, handouts, and spreadsheets
  • Compile data and prepare reports and documentation
  • Serve as a go-to resource delivering a consistent and positive experience
  • Liaise between ESS, internal departments, and external parties
  • Provide knowledge of firm systems, tools, and industry knowledge
  • Perform other assigned duties

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Associate degree or 2+ years of experience in related field
  • Intermediate Microsoft Office skills and ability to learn firm programs/software
  • Basic knowledge of technology tools required within assigned responsibilities
  • Effective communication with a diverse audience
  • Organization, prioritization, time management, and attention to detail
  • Excellent people skills
  • Strong grammar and proofreading skills and experience
  • Ability to prepare presentations including charts, graphics, tables, speaker notes, and handouts
  • Ability to balance multiple tasks and projects
  • Must be punctual and able to adapt to changing schedules
  • Ability to convey instructions clearly and concisely and be responsive when required
  • Professional demeanor, conversation, and attire
  • 1 to 3 years of relevant experience in a related field or area
  • Ability to facilitate discussions with leaders
  • Ability to manage at a macro level and identify when a refined approach is necessary
  • Ability to respond positively to changing circumstances and implement change for business improvement
  • Ability to work collaboratively with the executive assistant supervisor/manager
