About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related area of study
  • 6-8+ years of progressive business valuation experience
  • Professional designation such as ASA, ABV, CPA, CFA, or a related credential, or substantial progress toward completion is preferred
  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft 365, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and emerging productivity tools such as Copilot
  • Demonstrated capability leveraging automation, data analytics, and generative AI tools
  • Ability to travel as needed
  • Experience leading valuations for financial reporting, tax reporting, transaction advisory, and audit support purposes is preferred
  • Experience overseeing multiple business valuation and audit support engagements is preferred
  • Ability to manage, coach, and develop supervisors and staff is preferred
  • Ability to lead client meetings and present supportable conclusions to senior stakeholders is preferred
  • Ability to originate or advance opportunities is preferred
  • Ability to cultivate professional relationships with colleagues, clients, referral sources, audit and tax teams, and other stakeholders is preferred
  • Desire to contribute to intellectual capital, recruiting, training, process innovation, quality initiatives, and practice-building priorities is preferred
