About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Develop and lead global enterprise system processes for interview scheduling and talent program support
  • Document, train, and continuously improve processes based on executive leadership feedback
  • Provide training, development, and oversight for the centralized operational talent acquisition team
  • Develop and administer event-interview and availability-based interview scheduling processes
  • Provide daily interview and event scheduling support and oversight
  • Support talent programming through administration, quality auditing, analytics, and special projects
  • Conduct quality reviews and audits for Yello processes, including candidate screens and feedback forms
  • Provide talent acquisition reporting support and ensure data integrity and quality
  • Execute process development for internal talent programs and special programming
  • Collaborate with talent stakeholders and talent technology teams to implement and train processes and programs
  • Develop solutions addressing changing operational needs while maintaining HR compliance best practices
  • Research, resolve, and respond to complex escalated problems
  • Train new hires and global internal stakeholders and provide team feedback and support
  • Oversee team decisions and actions
  • Partner with Talent Technology to research, test, and resolve issues on talent technology and software platforms
  • Develop knowledge of departments, business units, and business strategy
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • At least 5 years of progressive Talent Acquisition or Talent Acquisition Operations experience
  • Supervisory experience for a team of professionals required
  • Prior experience coaching and developing a high performing team required
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent consultative skills and effective communication across varied stakeholder audiences
  • Strong strategic orientation, analytical skills, and critical thinking ability
  • Ability to lead, influence, and motivate others
  • Ability to work with minimal guidance, manage multiple priorities, and take initiative in unfamiliar or ambiguous circumstances
  • Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills
  • Strong computer skills and ability to learn new systems, tools, and technology
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office product suite
  • Outstanding organizational skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet targets in a high-volume, fast-paced, rapidly changing environment
  • Strong business acumen
  • Bachelor's degree in human resources or related degree preferred
  • Must not require sponsorship now or in the future for entry-level hiring; F-1 visa holders excluded from entry-level hiring
