Requirements

What you’ll need

5+ years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365
Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, MIS or equivalent
Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM certification is a plus
Experience with Scribe is a plus
SQL Server Reporting Services experience is a plus
Ability to work closely with technical staff to define and document user requirements and functional specifications
Ability to provide post-implementation support (help desk)
Ability to provide onsite and offsite consulting services and support to Dynamics 365 clients
