About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead consulting engagements for Pharmaceutical and Biotechnology clients focused on Gross-to-Net revenue analytics, government pricing analytics, contract and channel valuation, compliance assessments, pricing methodology, and Fair Market Value analysis
- Provide subject matter expertise and go-to-market guidance on Gross-to-Net and Government Pricing services
- Lead cross-functional transformations and assessments across Managed Markets, Finance, and Medical Affairs
- Develop and implement market access and pricing strategies
- Oversee price modeling for government price points and impact analyses for commercial, government, and distribution contracts
- Help clients operationalize compliant government and commercial programs
- Advise clients on price transparency reporting compliance
- Evaluate client financial data using data analytics and financial modeling
- Manage teams through requirements gathering, contract modeling, use case development, testing, and training
- Maintain relationships with engagement teams, client employees, and C-suite stakeholders
- Lead business development, networking, proposals, and marketing content
- Manage engagement economics, including budgeting, pricing, margins, billing, and risk management
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree required
- 8+ years of professional consulting experience or relevant industry experience
- Excellent critical thinking skills and ability to solve complex business problems through fact gathering, business process mapping and data analysis
- Ability to deal effectively with ambiguity
- Excellent verbal and written communication, project management, and organization skills
- Client service and relationship building skills
- Team player with attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Willingness and ability to travel 50%+
- Preferred: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Economics or related field
- Preferred: Lean Six Sigma Green Belt
- Preferred: MBA or advanced degree
- Preferred: Consulting presence and ability to communicate with executive-level persons
- Preferred: Project Management certification
- Preferred: Knowledge of global regulatory requirements
