About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead transformation initiatives across operations, supply chain, and digital ecosystems within the Energy, Oil & Gas, and Renewables sectors
Identify and solve complex industry challenges using data-driven strategies, AI, and cloud-based technologies such as Azure and AWS
Drive performance improvement through digital twin implementation, process optimization, and cost reduction
Manage ERP, CRM, WMS, and TMS implementations across the energy value chain
Build and maintain client relationships with stakeholders from plant-level teams to C-suite executives and private equity partners
Lead and coach teams, providing actionable feedback and supporting recruitment and retention
Drive business development through networking, proposals, and marketing content
Manage engagement economics, including budgeting, pricing, margin management, billing, and risk
Conduct client assessments using interviews, workshops, and data analysis
Prioritize and manage workstreams to maximize team productivity and client impact
Design and implement solutions aligned with client goals and measurable results

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree required
10+ years of professional experience, including consulting or relevant industry roles in Energy, Oil & Gas, or Renewables
Proven ability to solve complex business problems using data, process mapping, and digital tools
Strong communication, project management, and organizational skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in fast-paced environments
Willingness and ability to travel 50%+
MBA or relevant graduate degree preferred
APICS Certifications (CPIM, CSCP) preferred
Project Management Certification (PMP) preferred
Lean Six Sigma Certification preferred
Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS) and AI/ML integration preferred
Recent U.S. college/university graduates requiring sponsorship are excluded from entry-level hiring; F-1 visa holders are specifically noted
