About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead consulting engagements for pharmaceutical and biotechnology clients
  • Provide subject matter expertise on Gross-to-Net and Government Pricing
  • Lead cross-functional transformations and assessments across Managed Markets, Finance, and Medical Affairs
  • Develop and implement market access and pricing strategies
  • Oversee price modeling for government price points and contract impact analyses
  • Lead clients in operationalizing compliant government and commercial programs
  • Advise clients on price transparency reporting compliance
  • Evaluate client financial data using data analytics and financial modeling
  • Manage teams through requirements gathering, contract modeling, use case development, testing, and training
  • Communicate with engagement teams, client employees, and C-suite stakeholders
  • Lead business development, networking, proposals, and marketing content
  • Manage engagement economics, including budgeting, pricing, margin management, billing, and risk management

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree required
  • 6+ years of professional consulting experience or relevant industry experience
  • Excellent critical thinking skills and ability to solve complex business problems through fact gathering, business process mapping and data analysis
  • Ability to deal effectively with ambiguity
  • Excellent verbal and written communication, project management, and organization skills
  • Client service and relationship building skills
  • Team player with attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
  • Willingness and ability to travel 50%+
  • Lean Six Sigma Green Belt preferred
  • MBA or advanced degree preferred
  • Project Management certification preferred
  • Knowledge of global regulatory requirements preferred
